  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
  MOUNT STERLING...OR 11 MILES SOUTHWEST OF RUSHVILLE...AND MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
