* AT 410 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  FLASH FLOODING MAY BE OCCURRING IN THE WARNED AREA. RADAR          
  ESTIMATED THAT OVER 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN THE LAST 3    
  HOURS.

LOCATIONS NEAR THE PATH OF INCLUDE...DEVILS GATE ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 
50 WEST OF EUREKA.
