* AT 1247 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED A TORNADO NEAR     
  GULFPORT...MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH. A WATERSPOUT IS MOVING ON SHORE 
  NEAR COURTHOUSE ROAD AND SHOULD DISSIPATE SHORTLY.
