  AFTERNOON AND SPREAD EAST.

* WINDS: WEST WINDS 15 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED
  TO OVERSPREAD THE AREA. WIND SPEEDS WILL DROP OFF QUICKLY AROUND SUNSET.

* IMPACTS: THE STRONG WEST WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING NORTH AND SOUTH
  HAZARDOUS FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND
  STRONG WINDS WILL PRODUCE VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER.
