* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN VIGO COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA...

* UNTIL 1230 AM EDT

* AT 620 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE      
  WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT NEARLY THREE INCHES OF RAINFALL  
  HAS OCCURRED IN THE LAST HOUR AS THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUALLY         
  REGENERATE OVER SOUTHEASTERN VIGO COUNTY.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS
