  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL APPROACHING
  THE WARNED AREA. ADDITIONAL RAIN FALL OVER THIS SATURATED GROUND   
  WILL RESULT IN ANOTHER ROUND OF FLASH FLOODING. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
