* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR A DAM FLOODGATE RELEASE...
  WEST CENTRAL SCOTT COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...

* UNTIL 930 AM CDT MONDAY

* AT 916 PM CDT...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED THAT WATER WAS 
  CONTINUING TO FLOW OUT OF A LEVEE BREAK ON THE MAUVAISE TERRE 
  CREEK IN THE AREA OF OXVILLE. SEVERAL ROADS IN THE AREA CONTINUE 
  TO BE UNDER WATER.

* FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF WEST
  CENTRAL SCOTT COUNTY...INCLUDING THE TOWN OF OXVILLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
