  NORTHERN SCOTT COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
  WESTERN MORGAN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...

* UNTIL 830 AM CDT

* AT 536 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE   
  WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATING FROM 1 TO 3 AND A HALF INCHES JUST 
  WEST OF MORGAN COUNTY THIS MORNING. RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE 
  OVER THE WARNED AREA WITH RATHER SLOW MOVING 
  THUNDERSTORMS...RESULTING IN LOCALIZED AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES OF 
  RAIN.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
