* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLARK COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...

* UNTIL 830 AM CDT

* AT 1238 AM CDT...RADAR ESTIMATED THAT RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE NEARING 
  2 INCHES OVER CRAWFORD COUNTY...AND AN OBSERVER REPORTED RAINFALL 
  RATES OF BOUT AN INCH PER HOUR NEAR MARTINSVILLE. THIS RAINFALL 
  WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY OVER AREAS THAT SAW 
  PREVIOUS HEAVY RAINFALL.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...MARSHALL...
  CASEY...CLARKSVILLE...DENNISON...MARTINSVILLE...WEST UNION AND
  WESTFIELD.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. DO
