* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN HARDIN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO...

* UNTIL 615 PM EDT.

* AT 315 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED THAT THUNDERSTORMS HAD PRODUCED   
HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATED THAT 2 TO 3 
INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN SINCE 130 PM. 

* HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA WITH ANOTHER   
1 TO 2 INCHES POSSIBLE THROUGH 615 PM EDT. RUNOFF FROM THIS   
EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...DUNKIRK AND
FOREST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO PLAY NEAR STORM DRAINS OR FLOODED CREEKS AND
