  TRACKING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DESTRUCTIVE
  WINDS IN EXCESS OF 80 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 5 MILES WEST OF
  EDNA...OR 11 MILES EAST OF COFFEYVILLE...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45
  MPH.
