* AT 642 AM HST...RAIN GAGES ACROSS EAST OAHU SHOWED HEAVY
  RAIN FALLING AT 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR NEAR WAIKANE...OR
  ABOUT 13 MILES NORTH OF HONOLULU. MORE HEAVY RAIN AND 
  THUNDERSTORMS ARE JUST OFFSHORE. THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING 
  EAST AT ABOUT 15 MPH.
