* AT 354 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF WILD HORSE...AND WAS MOVING
  EAST AT 45 MPH.

  AT 352 PM A STORM CHASER REPORTED A TORNADO 5 NORTH NORTHEAST OF   
  WILD HORSE.
