CLOUD-TO-GROUND LIGHTNING IN PAULDING...SOUTHERN COBB...WESTERN 
DEKALB...DOUGLAS AND CENTRAL FULTON COUNTIES UNTIL 415 AM EDT...

AT 325 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS FROM ATLANTA...TO MARIETTA...TO 
DALLAS...MOVING SOUTH AT 25 MPH.

WIND GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED ALONG THE LEADING EDGE OF 
THIS LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL BE FOLLOWED BY HEAVY RAIN AND
