  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZED HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS UP TO 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 8 MILES       
  NORTHWEST OF PAYNE CITY...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
