* AT 1124 PM CDT...NWS METEOROLOGISTS HAVE DETECTED A SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND DAMAGING
  WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED OVER
  NORTHWESTERN EDWARDS COUNTY...OR 21 MILES NORTHEAST OF LOMA ALTA...
  AND MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF EDWARDS
