* AT 548 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER CENTRAL    
  AND SOUTHERN HUDSPETH COUNTY.  THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING 
  OVER MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN NORTHWEST OF SIERRA BLANCA...AND OVER THE 
  QUITMAN MOUNTAINS.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  SIERRA BLANCA...
  INDIAN HOT SPRINGS...
  FORT QUITMAN...
  QUITMAN CANYON...

BACK-ROADS BETWEEN I-10 AND THE RIO GRANDE WILL LIKELY BECOME 
IMPASSABLE.  LOW WATER CROSSINGS ALONG FM-192...AND ARROYOS IN THE 
VICINITY OF SIERRA BLANCA WILL LIKELY BECOME INUNDATED.
