* IMPACTS...THOSE TRAVELING ON EAST/WEST BOUND ROADWAYS LIKE
  INTERSTATE 80 WILL EXPERIENCE DANGEROUS CROSSWINDS. HIGH PROFILE
  VEHICLES WILL ESPECIALLY BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO THESE HIGHER WIND
  SPEEDS.
