  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE   
  WARNED AREA. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR
  WILL OCCUR WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
