* UNTIL 900 PM EDT...

* AT 355 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  BANDS OF VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO MOVE NORTH INTO THE 
  REGION. SEVERAL SMALL STREAMS HAVE FLOODED...AND IN SOME CASES
  CLOSED...ADJACENT ROADS. THE HEAVIEST RAIN OVER THE PAST SEVERAL
  HOURS...IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES...HAS FALLEN NEAR AND TO THE NORTH OF
  DILLSBURG...WHERE ROUTE 74 FROM ROUTE 15 TO WILLIAMS GROVE ROAD IS 
  CLOSED. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN OF AROUND ONE INCH IS EXPECTED 
  THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING AND WILL LIKELY LEAD TO ADDITIONAL 
  SMALL STREAM FLOODING ACROSS PORTIONS OF CUMBERLAND AND YORK
