  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL CAPABLE OF PRODUCING FLASH  
  FLOODING. RAINFALL OF 2 TO 4 INCHES HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS      
  THE WARNED AREA.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING TO OCCUR.
