* AT 301 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE FROM 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN
  HAVE FALLEN FROM 130 THROUGH 3PM WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN
  DEVELOPING TO THE WEST WHICH SHOULD MOVE INTO THE AREA.
