* AT 624 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES OF AN INCH TO AN INCH AND QUARTER OVER 
  THE BLACK RIVER FROM LAGRANGE TO ELYRIA AND SHEFFIELD. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  ELYRIA...LORAIN...AMHERST...AVON LAKE...GRAFTON...NORTH
  RIDGEVILLE...VERMILION AND WELLINGTON.
