  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
  WEBSTER...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

AT 753 PM EDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS OCCURRING THE TOWN OF 
ONTARIO IN WAYNE COUNTY.  THE STORM MOTION HAD TURNED TO THE RIGHT 
AND WAS MOVING SLOWLY TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH. 

TREES WERE REPORTED DOWN IN THE ONTARIO AND WALWORTH AREA ALREADY
