  DUKES COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MASSACHUSETTS...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF VINEYARD HAVEN...

* UNTIL 130 PM EDT

* AT 1256 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF WEST
  TISBURY...OR 6 MILES WEST OF VINEYARD HAVEN...AND WAS MOVING EAST
  AT 40 MPH.
