* AT 615 PM CDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS 
WITH   VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. PUBLIC REPORTS OF 
IMPASSABLE INTERSECTIONS ALONG MCFARLAND AVENUE WHERE NEAR 2 INCHES 
OF RAIN HAS FALLEN.
