* AT 1138 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE INDICATED SLOW MOVING
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.
  RADAR HAS ESTIMATED RAINFALL TOTALS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES SINCE 10 AM
  OVER WESTERN MARION COUNTY....INCLUDING THE CITY OF HAMILTON.
