  SOUTHEASTERN SULLIVAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK...

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT

* AT 249 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
  AREA OF EXCESSIVE RAINFALL OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO 
  BLOOMINGBURG... THE SHAWANGUNK KILL... PINE KILL AND BASHER
  KILL STREAMS.

RAINFALL TOTALS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES THROUGH 4 PM WILL BE ENOUGH TO 
CAUSE RAPID FLOODING OF STREAMS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
