  EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.

* WINDS: SOUTHERLY TO SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS
  OF 45 TO 55 MPH ARE EXPECTED AROUND THE DALHART AREA.

* IMPACTS: LAWN FURNITURE AND OTHER LOOSE ITEMS MAY BE BLOWN AROUND.
