BRIDGE HAS BEEN CLOSED. IF YOU ARE THREATENED BY FLOODING ON THE 
ROCK RIVER...SEEK HIGHER GROUND.

THAT THE RAINFALL RATE HAS DIMINISHED BUT IT WAS RAINING 
NEVERTHELESS. LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED 
TO NEWFANE

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

LAW ENFORCEMENT STILL REPORT A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION IN THE TOWN 
OF NEWFANE WITH WATER RESCUES NEEDED. WHILE ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL 
LIKELY ONLY BE AN INCH OR LESS...RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE TO EXACERBATE 
RESCUE ATTEMPTS AS STREAMS AND RIVERS CONTINUE TO SWELL.  

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
