  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED 11 MILES SOUTH OF PRESHO...AND MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 10 MPH.

* THIS TORNADIC STORM WILL AFFECT MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF CENTRAL LYMAN
