AFFECT SUSSEX COUNTY DELAWARE...

AT 1103 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
CLUSTER OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 14 MILES 
NORTHWEST OF GEORGETOWN...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH. THESE SHOWERS AND 
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR GREENWOOD...BRIDGEVILLE AROUND 1115 
PM...ELLENDALE AND MILTON AROUND 1215 AM.

AS MUCH AS AN INCH OF RAIN MAY FALL WITH THESE SHOWERS AND 
THUNDERSTORMS IN LESS THAN 45 MINUTES. THIS MUCH RAIN COULD
CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND 
SMALL STREAMS.
