* AT 206 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND   
  DAMAGING WINDS TO 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR   DOVER     
  SPEEDWAY...OR NEAR DOVER...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  8 MILES NORTHEAST OF BOWERS AROUND 220 PM EDT...
