* AT 942 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL MOVING ACROSS THE WARNED
  AREA. RAINFALL RATES REMAIN VERY HIGH...FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES 
  PER HOUR.  THESE EXCESSIVE RATES WILL CAUSE RAPID RUNOFF OVER 
  AREAS THAT RECEIVED RECENT HEAVY RAINS.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...RED
