* AT 724 AM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH 
  FLOODING OVER PARTS OF THE WARNED AREA. A CREEK IN NORTHWEST 
  MADISON COUNTY HAS OVERFLOWED BETWEEN ALTON AND FOSTER TOWNSHIP 
  CLOSING ROADS. ADDITIONALLY...STREAM GAGES ON INDIAN CREEK NEAR 
  WANDA...AND SILVER CREEK NEAR TROY CONTINUE TO INDICATE FLOODING.
