  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS UP TO 60   
  MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ADRIAN. THIS 
  STORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.
