* AT 205 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE STORM
  CONTAINING THE POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS NEAR WELLSVILLE...MOVING EAST
  AT 40 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
  WEIGELSTOWN AROUND 215 PM...
