  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE   
WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW 2 TO 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS 
PORTIONS OF ASHTABULA AND CRAWFORD COUNTY WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3
