SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS...WITH
GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 MPH COMMON DURING THE AFTERNOON ACROSS PORTIONS
OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA. WIND SPEEDS WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE TOWARD
SUNSET.
