ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM PDT THIS EVENING. 

WINDS OF 30 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 40 TO 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED THROUGH
THE DAY AND INTO THE EVENING. THE WIND WILL BEGIN TO DECREASE
AFTER SUNSET BUT REMAIN BREEZY OVERNIGHT.
