  WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES NORTHWEST
  OF HAMBURG...OR ABOUT 17 MILES SOUTHEAST OF HUTCHINSON...AND MOVING
  EAST AT 15 MPH.
