FAYETTE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
* UNTIL 100 PM CDT
* AT 955 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
SO FAR IN AN EAST-WEST BAND JUST NORTH OF VANDALIA.
PERIODS OF MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE
FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE MORNING AND INTO THE AFTERNOON...AND
