WINDS WILL INCREASE EARLY THIS EVENING ALONG THE EAST SLOPES OF THE RUBY MOUNTAINS AND EAST HUMBOLDT RANGE AND ADJACENT AREAS. SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH GUSTS TO 55 MPH. IN THE WEST WENDOVER AREA SUSTAINED WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
