THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN KEY WEST HAS ISSUED A WIND
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST THIS MORNING. 

STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE LOWER AND MIDDLE
KEYS THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING...WITH SUSTAINED WINDS OF 25 TO 30
MPH AND PEAK WIND GUSTS OF 35 TO 40 MPH. WINDS WILL SUBSIDE DURING
THE MIDDLE AND LATER PART OF THE MORNING. WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST
ON BRIDGES...AS WELL AS ON EXPOSED NORTHERN SIDES OF THE KEYS.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 TO 39 MPH...OR
FREQUENT GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS THIS STRONG
CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR SUDDEN GUSTS OF WIND... ESPECIALLY ON
