  VERY HEAVY RAIN FALLING OVER COASTAL SECTIONS OF DORADO AND TOA    
  BAJA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS LOCALLY OVER 5 INCHES ARE                   
  LIKELY...ESPECIALLY NEAR CARRETERA 165 IN TOA BAJA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
