  VERY HEAVY RAIN FALLING FROM SEVERAL AREAS OF TRAINING 
  THUNDERSTORMS MOVING OVER BLAIR...CAMBRIA AND SOUTHERN CLEARFIELD
  COUNTIES. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL DURING THE MID MORNING HOURS WILL    
  WILL RANGE FROM 1 TO 1.5 INCHES IN MANY LOCATIONS. THIS WILL       
  BRING RAINFALL TOTALS THIS MORNING UP TO AROUND 3 INCHES.
