  WESTERN WAYNE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO

* AT 404 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE   
WARNED AREA. OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN PER HOUR IS POSSIBLE WITH THESE 
STORMS. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...  
  WOOSTER...CRESTON...WEST SALEM...CONGRESS AND FREDERICKSBURG.
