  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
  SANBORN...OR 7 MILES NORTHEAST OF NIAGARA FALLS...AND MOVING EAST
  AT 25 MPH.
