* AT 1054 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL.  THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED 9 MILES WEST OF ARRIBA...OR 13 MILES EAST OF
  LIMON...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
