* AT 706 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
  AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA...WITH          
  ADDITIONAL AREAS OF HEAVY RAINFALL EXTENDING TO THE SOUTHWEST.     
  THIS ACTIVITY WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE TO THE NORTHEAST ACROSS THE    
  WARNED AREA.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE FLASH FLOODING INCLUDE...
